Satyam Tamil Movie Online
Donning the role of an honest cop is indeed a dream of most of the actors in Kollywood. Vishal has fulfilled it in 'Sathyam', a usual cat and rat story, however with interesting twists and turns from beginning to end.
Director Rajasekar, who has come out with a tight subject in the first film itself has weaved his day to day experiences during his tenure as a journalist as a racy script, which may be liked by the audience in Andhra Pradesh, than those in Tamilnadu.
Interestingly, this film marks the direct entry of Vishal in Tollywood, as 'Sathyam' is his first to be simultaneously made in Telugu, since all his previous flicks were just dubbed to speak the language of the neighbouring State.
Coming to the story, Sathyam (Vishal), an Assistant Commissioner of Police is asked to investigate the motive behind the murders of Ministers. In the process, he finds the culprit (Upendra), only to receive a rude shock to know his identity.
For, the murderer is none other than a former police officer, who inspired Sathyam to take the cop job. Revealing the reason behind his change of mind, the ex-cop says that he is on a killing spree as he failed to set right things in khakhi uniform.
Sathyam, who throws a challenge at his mentor that he would use the power of law to put the wrongdoers behind the bars, vows to throw light on the illegal activities of a Minister (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who aims at the Chief Minister post.
During his attempts to establish truth, Sathyam faces various troubles. However, he proves that truth alone will triumph always. In the meantime, the protagonist also has a romantic episode with Deivanayaki (Nayantara), a TV journalist.
Thanks to the training he got under the guidance of a senior police officer, Vishal fits well to the shoes of a cop. His physique cooperates well with the body language, thus giving him a rigid look.
Nayantara, as a chirpy and vivacious journalist, helps the film whenever it needs the dose of glamour and comedy. Though some of her hilarious sequences fail to evoke laughter, she presents a beautiful chemistry with Vishal in songs. Standing testimony to this is Chellamay Chellamay.
Harris Jayaraj's music is not up to the mark while R D Rajasekar's camera work sizzles. Coming to the performance part again, Upendra and Kota Srinivasa Rao make their flags fly high in this Tamil flick, which has traces of Telugu in many a scene. Had the director avoided this Andhra flavour, one can salute Sathyam for many reasons.

After Neha Dhupia's much talked about role as a high-class prostitute in the film Julie, the lass is back. And this time, it is a story of love, passion, desire and obsession, with eroticism in it's best.
Please keep in mind that Sheesha might just remind you of Sharmilee (Rakhee and Shashi Kapoor) and Darr starring Juhi Chawla, Shahrukh Khan and Sunny Deol.
Sheesha tells the story of Sia (Neha Dhupia) and her soul mate, Raj (Sonu Sood). Raj is a handsome young technical director (media) of Channel 7, the most popular satellite channel operating in Thailand. Sia is a budding fashion designer whose designer outfit 'Shades' is on the threshold of going international.
It is by destiny that Sia and Raj come together. Both fall head over heels in love with each other. Raj helps Sia attain great professional heights and international recognition.
All goes well until something incredible happens. Sia has a twin sister named Ria who of course is a 'carbon copy' of Sia. (And that is Neha Dhupia in a dual role for you). Ria, who is deaf and mute, has a strong liking towards Raj that slowly leads into obsession. Raj, who mistakes Ria for Sia becomes intimate with her.
Sia has to leave for an international assignment and leaves Ria in Raj's care. Ria's immense love for Raj makes her eccentric. She even murders Diane (Elidith Macqueen) after she saw her kissing and hugging Raj. Slowly, Raj starts realizing that Ria is not what she seems and that mirrors can lie too.
Sia returns after a few days and there is confrontation between the two sisters. What will happen? In the ensuing tug of war, is it love that wins or is it lust? Watch it out...
The theme of love and obsession is not new in Bollywood cinema and hence the film has nothing novel to offer. Secondly, though the first half is very gripping, the climax in the second half is too predictable.
Ashu Trikha does deserve applause for having handled some of the scenes extremely well. He has made sure that the intimate scenes involving Neha and Sonu are shot aesthetically and don't look vulgar. Given the right theme, Ashu would certainly rise to the occasion.
As for Neha Dhupia, if you think her perfomance in Julie was hot, you need to watch Sheesha. The generous show of skin does manage to hold your attention. But luckily for Neha, none of the scenes look sleazy. She is certainly very expressive and Sheesha is her best perfomance till date. Sonu Sood has made an average debut and lacks the screen presence. Vivek Shaque has given a commendable perfomance too.
Music by Sen Brothers is catchy, especially the songs 'Yaar Ko Maine' and 'Mujhe Jeena Sikha Do Na', which are very well filmed songs. Choreography by Pony Verma and cinematography by Raju Kaygee is authentic.
However in the long run, Sheesha might not be able to stand the test of time. A very average film with an above-average potential.
